Transition to Continuous Publication

We are pleased to announce that the journal will transition from an annual publication model to a continuous publication model, under which articles will be published online as soon as they have successfully completed peer review, been formally accepted, and undergone the required editorial and production processes.

This change is intended to reduce the interval between acceptance and publication and to ensure that high-quality research becomes available to the scholarly community without having to wait for the release of an annual issue. Articles will therefore be assigned to the current volume and published individually as soon as they are ready for publication.

Article Processing Charge Waiver

To mark the introduction of the continuous publication model and to support authors during this transition, the journal will waive Article Processing Charges (APCs) for all authors during the first year of the new publication model.

Eligible articles accepted during this period will be published without an APC, irrespective of the authors' institutional affiliation or country of residence.

The journal remains committed to maintaining rigorous peer review, high editorial standards, and broad accessibility of the research it publishes. We believe that the transition to continuous publication will provide authors and readers with a more timely and efficient publishing experience.

Further information regarding submission procedures, publication policies, and future APC arrangements will be made available through the journal website.
